About Emerald Project Management
Established in 2013 to supply professional consultancy to the world’s largest Healthcare company across EMEA, the decision to move Emerald from a single focus consultancy to an ambitious SME came in December 2015 when James joined as a Director in order to work with Kevin to grow the business and open up new services and sectors.
Emerald now operate from their office at Alpha Works in central Birmingham, where they continue to provide services to clients both nationally and internationally.
The team are supported by a network of sector specialists across the UK and Europe to ensure they can provide a pro-active and tailored service to a client of any size.
Going forward the target is to Sustainable growth without losing customer focus, and achieve regional growth through the development of satellite offices, where management and staff are truly empowered to grow a business.
James O’Keeffe – MRICS, MBA
James has provided a full range of Quantity Surveying, ProjectManagement, Tenants Agent, Due Diligence and Contract Administrator services on numerous new build, extension, refurbishment and maintenance projects, within a variety of sectors, including Education, Health, Leisure, and Retail.
Kevin Jones – MRICS
With a background in traditional quantity surveying, Kevin has specialised in the cost management and control of complex manufacturing and research projects across all procurement routes with particular expertise in identifying and quantifying cost risks and managing these to financial close. Recently, Kevin has been embedded into a client organisation to assist on Business Planning, Portfolio management, Benchmarking and early stage project budget planning.
Adam Plant – MRICS
Senior Project Consultant
Adam is an experienced quantity surveyor and has been responsible for the management of cost data on complex, multi-package projects and has delivered cost control procedures across all procurement routes. Adam has gained experience working in the manufacturing, education and restoration sectors.
Brett Moss – CDM15 and H&S Services BSc., CMaPS, Tech IOSH, SIIRSM, SMSTS.
Health and Safety Services
Brett has provided CDM consultancy services through the various changes to the CDM Regulations since his surveying degree in 1999. He possesses vast project experience as a consultant across a diverse range of construction sectors including housing, retail, healthcare, education and industrial developments. Brett has also gained experience of general health and safety services such as H&S Policy writing, premises and construction site safety auditing, preparation and review of risk assessments/method statements, asbestos management, incident investigation, and CDM15 specific and general H&S training.
